Author Paula Kyle-Stephens

Paula, a former foster child and ward of the State of Ohio, transformed a childhood marked by loss, sibling separation, and multiple foster placements into a lifelong mission of advocacy and support for foster youth. She is a consultant, keynote speaker, and youth motivational speaker, trainer, and mentor, presenting at schools, churches, treatment centers, and youth facilities. Her memoir, begun in 1986 and adapted into a screenplay, is required reading in many schools and colleges. Paula co-founded Paradise in the Sky – Youth Motivational Services, Inc., and Edge of Unthinkable, LLC, creating programs and opportunities for at-risk youth while inspiring hope, healing, and resilience.
